Our History Napoleon Taxicab Service, LLC was founded in December of 2007 by Jonathan S. Trainum who has spent over 7 years working for the cab industry in Richmond.  Bringing his drive and determination with him he decided to pursue business for himself with the goal of starting the most reliable transportation company in the area.  The cab industry is one that is hard to predict with regard to the fluctuation of business, taking this into consideration Jonathan has built a large network of cab drivers outside of his company to help ensure that the customer can always be serviced in a timely manner.  He created this company on his belief that individuals should only need to have one number saved in their phone to always get the most reliable service, and that number is  804-354-TAXI!!
